At PawOpus, we are committed to delivering your premium pet products as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and carefully packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note: High volume periods or carrier delays may slightly extend processing times, but we will always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We proudly offer Premium Standard Shipping across the United States.

  • Delivery Time: 5 to 8 business days (after processing).

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout (or Free if applicable during promotional periods).

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PawOpus is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you made a mistake, please email our VIP support team immediately at pawopus46@gmail.com, and we will do our best to update it before the order is processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging our luxury beds. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pawopus46@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately.
